Returns and Exchanges

We love our customers to be satisfied and shop with us worry free. Should you need to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of receipt subject to the following terms: Merchandise must be NEW and UNUSED with tags still attached. Special Order, Special Occasion Gowns by Macis Designs and Kaiya Eve Couture are non-returnable or refundable and are exchange only for a different size. Clearance Items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on sale that are marked down more than 30% off are considered a clearance item.

Lil' Britchin Post is not responsible for any items once they have left our store, i.e., lost or damaged in the mail. Please check all items thoroughly before placing them on your child. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defect such as loose buttons or snaps that could be a harmful choking hazard to your child. If for any reason you notice a defect please let us know as soon as you remove the item from the package. We are not responsible once the item has been worn.
