Shipping
We ship within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail/FedEx and UPS. We also ship internationally via USPS Global Express. International buyers are welcome. Canada has a special shipping section. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the package recipient. Li'l Britchin' Post includes an accurate invoice and customs form with each order and will not accept returns based on duty/tax cost.

Returns and Exchanges
We love our customers to be satisfied and shop with us worry free. Should you need to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of receipt subject to the following terms: Merchandise must be NEW and UNUSED with tags still attached. Special Order, Special Occasion Gowns by Macis Designs and Kaiya Eve Couture are non-returnable or Refundable and are Exchange only. Clearance Items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on sale that are marked down more than 30% off are considered clearance items.
Lil' Britchin Post is not responsible for any items once they have left our store, i.e., lost or damaged in the mail. Please check all items thoroughly before placing them on your child. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defect such as loose buttons or snaps that could be a harmful choking hazard to your child. If for any reason you notice a defect please let us know as soon as you remove the item from the package. We are not responsible once the item has been worn.
Pricing and Accuracy
BritchinPost endeavors to offer high quality and unique items to our customers at a fair and competitive price. We do not price match or offer price adjustments. Please note that inaccuracies, typeos or mistakes in pricing do not create the obligation to sell an item at any listed price. BritchinPost.com will honor prices at our discretion. Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.
Insurance
Purchasing insurance is optional as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Preorders
Preorders are taken before the items arrive from the manufacturer. We require full payment on all preorders and these items will ship as soon as they arrive. If you order other merchandise along with your preorder, no problem! We will go ahead and ship those items right away and ship the preordered items when they arrive. We do not accept returns on any preorders as we adjust our orders to make sure you get what you ordered, however if you would like to exchange an item you preordered for a different size we would be more than happy to do that if the same item is still in stock. The only time a refund will be given on a Preorder is if the manufacturer fails to produce the item. Also please note that when preordering an item the expected date is only an approximate date the items will arrive from the manufacturer, and is not a guarantee.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of New York.
Club Referrals and Britchin' Bucks
"Britchin' Bucks" may be issued occasionally for various reasons. These are like a gift certificate that you can use for any item in the store. Britchin' Bucks may not be used for shipping or sales tax (sorry). When you refer a friend to our BP Couture Model Club, you will receive a $10 Thank You gift in the form of Britchin' Bucks. Each new member may be referred by only one person, but you may refer as many new members as you like. It's fun to have all your friends in the club to enjoy your VIP perks with you!
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information is used only to process your order. We will not share it with anyone for any reason. We collect email addresses and telephone numbers at checkout to help us keep in contact with you while your order is being processed. We also add you to our email list, because we know that you will want to know about sales and new arrivals. Not to worry - we don't want to send anything to you if you don't want it.
